A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all training sessions, so we can reschedule your session.
Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.
If the client is late for a session ,the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.
If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

I develop a customised training programme for each of our clients, tailored toward their wishes, allowing them to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

I carry out all kinds of exercises, but I only do the exercises that you feel comfortable doing. My job is to find a training programme that you’re happy with and that you’ll stick to in order for you to reach your goal.
Prices vary, as I offer various packages with discounts on block bookings.
I accept EFT or cash payments. For a one-off session you can pay on the day. For a monthly package you will need to pay in full on or before first session.
All sessions paid for in the packages must be used in that calendar month.
All monies are non-refundable.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals.
I will mainly be your advisor. We can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. Also we can recommend running paths or the right exercise.

Yes. I offer one-to-one training or group sessions. Whether it’s working out as a couple or bringing up to two friends we have the package to suit you.
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients at least two to three times a week.
The onset of training is approximately 3 weeks. This means that after 4 weeks training the effects of the first week will start to show.
However, this is an approximation – some people notice results sooner or later.
