A good trainer gets into your head, works out what motivates YOU, and instill in you a CAN-DO attitude.
And that is exactly what Waynne does.
He knows how to get the last 10 minutes running or the last 10 repetitions when I am convinced I don’t have it in me.
His dedication to my weight loss/fitness goals is amazing. His commitment and belief in my ability to achieve my goals keep me going when the goals seemed unreachable.
